PAYMENT METHODS

Payments in cash, PIX or account deposit are made directly into O³NT's corporate account. Payments by credit card, debit card, bank slip or Paypal are intermediated by Paypal. Any terms of use or privacy terms for the platform are the responsibility of the intermediary and are accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

TAXES

All O³NT products are subject to IPI taxation. Therefore, at the end of the order, after choosing the shipping method and payment method, which affect the tax amount, the applicable taxes are calculated according to the selected product and are presented with complete transparency to the consumer in the Order Review stage. and added to the total order value. Furthermore, they are also duly highlighted on the invoice.

DELIVERY

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

O³NT has 5 business days to post the order after payment approval. Then, add the 5 days plus the period of the chosen shipping method. As soon as you receive the invoice in your email, the shipping deadline will begin on the next business day.

My order has been invoiced, what does it mean?

Issuing the invoice means that your order has already been separated and packed by our team and is ready to be collected by the carrier. The delivery time starts from the next business day.

Any person over the age of 18 may receive the goods by receiving the goods at the indicated address, signing the delivery receipt and presenting an identity document.

No one could receive my product. And now?

Super express delivery: We will notify you before the product is on the delivery route to ensure it reaches your hands;

If the chosen carrier is unable to deliver, the package returns to O³NT. Once in our possession, we contact the recipient to request authorization to resend the order. Expenses related to new shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, as it is their sole responsibility to receive the merchandise.

Purchase held

O³NT is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ or -a similar department- when dealing with pending issues exclusive to the customer, since information regarding payment and release is passed directly to the buyer.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Term and conditions

The deadline for exchanging, returning or canceling the purchase is 7 calendar days from the day following receipt of the merchandise, as stipulated in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code in article 49. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and accompanied by the respective invoice.

In the event of an exchange request, if the new product chosen is not available in stock, the customer can wait for the replacement time, or choose to purchase another item, or choose a coupon of the same value in our online store.

Products damaged in transport

Upon receipt of the merchandise, it is the customer's responsibility to analyze the products received. If any damage is found or they do not comply with the order placed, it is the consumer's right to immediately refuse, that is, not to accept the order, noting the reason on the back of the invoice that accompanies it. This way, the order returns to O³NT. We will contact the end customer to better resolve the case, with options for a full refund of the order value, a discount coupon in our online store or a new order will be sent.

Request in disagreement

We have a highly qualified team and a controlled shipping system. If a mistake is made, for example, we deliver a product that is different from what was intended in the order, we will make the exchange as quickly as possible. We ask that you send us a brief report about what happened, a photo of the product and the invoice to the email comercial@o3nt.com, with as much information as possible, to arrange the exchange.

Return due to defects/defects

We will send returned products for technical analysis by our quality department. We have 30 days to review requests. Once the existence of the defect and/or defect is confirmed, O³NT will refund the respective amount within 5 working days, or if it is in the buyer's interest, we will grant the customer a discount coupon for the same amount, exclusive for purchase on our e- commerce. Returns will not occur if it is proven that the product is not defective or defective.

Cancellation

O³NT reserves the right to cancel any sale or order at any time, without prior notice, if it finds possible unavailability of stock, registration discrepancies, suspected bank fraud, publication error, outdated price or any reason it deems coherent, and the buyer demands or forces compliance with the offer.

If payment has already been made, the company undertakes to refund the amounts paid in full.

Purchase through third parties

O³NT is not responsible for deliveries and cancellation of orders placed on third-party websites or physical stores. To purchase O³NT products through third parties, contact the reseller directly and, in the event of a defect, the intermediary will inform us so that we can take the necessary measures.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and let them know about your return.

PRIVACY POLICY

We ensure the privacy of all information provided on our website. We do not make any of our users' data available to third parties, unless required by law or court order. We regularly monitor our security system, aiming for maximum protection.

Our team will only have access to mandatory information through registration to complete the order. Other information is managed and stored automatically in our database. The access password is confidential, personal and non-transferable.
